Don't forget you have a lot more left than Heaven's hope (as if that wasn't enough). You've got a good, loving husband. Caring family, friends who are here for you (and who are always very interested in your thoughts on Lost!). Even if Hailey had lived, you would still be more than solely a mother (wife, friend, daughter, sister, friend, teacher, volunteer, etc). Being the mom of a dead child (as the poem says) isn't all that defines you now either.
Thanks for your encouragement on my blog earlier. Now that baseball season/fantasy baseball season have kicked up, I'm sure I'll need to keep the blog as a way to occupy my time :) Sometimes it feels like I just don't have a lot to say! :)
