Here is the "99 Balloons" video about Eliot a Trisomy 18 baby. His parents did an amazing job telling his story. It's clear that God sent this child to this specific couple for how loving they were! I imagine him playing with Hailey in heaven. :)
Hi Krissy, Before I get started, I suppose I should tell you who I am. I'm Nathan Tribble's older sister Melissa. I know I've met Josh in person before but don't remember if I've had the pleasure of meeting you face to face. At any rate, I've been following Hailey's story via my mom's face book since her birth. Our second daughter was born October 20, and I've often held her close as I've read about your precious Hailey and looked at her sweet pictures. There is so much I'd like to tell you: words of comfort from one mother's heart to another, how my heart has broken as I read about your pain, how God opened up my eyes to some of His most precious creations born with Trisomy 18, how God has used you to remind me of His sovereignty and power... My heart really does ache for you, but I am so thankful that your faith in Christ gives you hope and peace in this time. I have been praying for you, as has our church family. Thank you for glorifying God as you love and remember Hailey. Even though I never got to meet her here on earth, I know she'll be one of the first people I want to meet when I get to heaven some day! God used her life to reveal more of himself to me and to remind me to cherish my two daughters and treasure the days I have with them. I look forward to reading more about your sweet girl and her legacy.
